Terms & Conditions
CONDITION OF SALE:
All sales are final and all products sold by GENESIS AUTOSPORT (The Seller) are sold "as is" to the Buyer.
RETURNS:
Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the buyer from GENESIS AUTOSPORT in advance and must be made within three (3) days of receiving the product.
All returned products to GENESIS AUTOSPORT are subject to 35% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for all Shipping/Handling fees on any and all returns to GENESIS AUTOSPORT.
All products that are approved for return are for merchandise credit only.
All products returned for credit must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered by GENESIS AUTOSPORT to the buyer.
Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only.
After receipt of goods, GENESIS AUTOSPORT shall inspect the goods to determine the exact condition of goods received.
If GENESIS AUTOSPORT does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, buyer must accept incurred costs. Special Order Items are non returnable.SPECIAL ORDERS:
All special orders require a minimum non refundable deposit of 50% of total costs.
If there is any cancellation for any reason by the buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to GENESIS AUTOSPORT and shall not be responsible for any late shipments.
Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery.
If special order item(s) are left over 30 days from the time GENESIS AUTOPORT received the item(s), GENESIS AUTOSPORT have the right to void the sale and forfeit the deposit.
SHIPPING/BACKORDERS:
For all shipping orders, GENESIS AUTOSPORT will not be held responsible for damaged merchandise, Once receiver has signed for the package from the carrier.
For your safety, Please Inspect the package thoroughly before signing for the package. We will try our best to maintain a good stocking level of backordered items .
However, if we run out on an item, your order will be placed on backorder, and we will ship your order as soon as possible.
Back order(s) must be cancelled within five (5) working days or parts will be automatically shipped to you.
We always attempt to ship orders the next business day. If not on BACKORDER, allow 5-10 business days for shipping. Special order(s) can take longer then expected.
There is no exact date. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns/shipping.
PAYMENT:
All shipment(s) must be prepaid no COD. Payments are accepted in the form of money order, cashiers check, certified check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover only.
Company checks are accepted upon GENESIS AUTOSPORT credit approval application.
All shipments drop shipped/ picked up (self-provided courier) to another address will be subject to a $20.00 USD handling fee.Warranty / Liability:
Seller's sole warranty for each product sold is set forth in the warranty documentation associated with the products. Seller will not be held liable for any damages, which are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles, operators, or passengers of the vehicle.
Performance Products:
Seller is not held accountable for any misconception or disappointments associated with any aftermarket performance parts. All engine, exhaust, performance, and modification parts are legal in the state of California for OFF ROAD use only.
